Owner, Certified Mental Coach
Cassidy Linton, M.A.
My name is Cassidy Linton and I am a Certified Mental Coach at Total Athlete 365. For me, my journey in Mental Edge Training began at Wheaton College, where I had the opportunity to run Track & Field all 4 years while achieving my Undergrad. My event was the Women's Heptathlon, so it was a little bit of a lot of things.
For me, my experience was a time of extreme growth. Physically, I was not prepared for the strain of college athletics, but I learned how to train properly, allow time for recovery, and work on my nutrition habits. But MENTALLY, I had a lot of learning to do.
I struggled all 4 years of my college athletics career with low confidence.
But, after much prayer and the advice from loved ones, I chose to continue competing each year and I worked HARD to change my mindset.
I realized that I would often let my negative beliefs become my truth. When I started taking hold of those negative beliefs and REPLACING them with truth, my experience changed completely.
If you are experience anything similar, let me tell you: there's no better time to start shifting your mindset than TODAY.

Mental Coach
Bekah Good, M.A.
My name is Bekah Good and I'm so excited to be part of the Mental Edge Team at Total Athlete 365! I grew up on the East Coast as a swimmer and softball player. Softball took me to Arcadia University, where I was a 4 year member of the softball team and studied psychology. I loved the game (still do), loved competing, and loved putting in extra reps to sharpen my skills.
I was diligent in training all the physical aspects of the game, but my mental training was lacking (actually, it was non-existent). No matter how much extra physical work I put in, my mind and self doubt always seemed to get in my way and my performance greatly suffered.
Little by little, through the mentorship of coaches and counselors, I was introduced to mental training and started gaining the skills to challenge my doubts, insecurities, and mental triggers. Mental training began to change everything for me and I wish I had started it sooner in my career!
Unfortunately, my playing days were cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, but I went on to pursue my Master’s in Counseling with a focus in sports psychology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes at youth, club, and collegiate levels. I love collaborating with athletes to create their own mental training toolbox that will empower them to overcome any obstacle they are facing in the game and in life (because mental training serves us far beyond our sports!).
Few things fire me up more than seeing an athlete step into their power and walk confidently, knowing how capable and mentally strong they are!
